'Basic' maintenance contracts
The ‘basic’ contract only covers professional maintenance interventions (regular visits and repairs) as well as the minimum number of spare parts required. Additional spare parts should be paid for by the client, in addition to their contract fees.
'Premium' maintenance contracts
The ‘premium’ contract covers professional maintenance operations (regular visits and repairs), as well as the replacement of common parts that are found to be damaged or defective during a maintenance operation. We find that our clients prefer this type of contract over the basic option.
